How long does your order processing take?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is placed, and are dispatched within 2-3 business days from when the order is placed.

NXTGEN has a primary goal of offering all customers the best shipping options. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is placed and are dispatched within 2-3 business days from when the order is placed.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:
    • Express Shipping: Expected delivery within 1-4 business days
    • Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 2-8 business days.
